Converza AI: Privacy Policy

At Converza AI, we believe privacy is a core component of the modern AI infrastructure. While other platforms harvest user data to train their internal models, Converza is built as a Privacy-First Aggregator.

This policy explains how we manage your data while maintaining our "Zero-Training" guarantee.

1. The Converza Privacy Philosophy

Converza AI acts as a secure conduit. We provide access to frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) without the data-retention traps typically associated with direct-to-consumer AI platforms. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your inputs to train our systems.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our high-performance routing services, we collect the following:

  • Account Information: Managed via Supabase Auth. This includes your email and OAuth identifiers (e.g., Google/GitHub login).

  • Billing Data: Handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy. Converza AI does not store or process your credit card numbers or sensitive financial details on our own servers.

  • User Content: This includes the prompts you send and the files (PDFs, docs) you upload to your Custom Agent Knowledge Bases.

  • Usage Metadata: To enforce our 3-Tier Economy, we track token usage and request frequency in real-time.

3. The "Zero-Training" Guarantee

Strategic Disclosure: Converza AI explicitly does not use User Content (prompts or uploaded files) to:

  • Train our internal routing algorithms.

  • Train any proprietary Large Language Models.

  • Improve the underlying models of our third-party providers.

Your data is used solely to generate the specific response you requested.

4. How We Share Data (The Aggregator Model)

To fulfill your requests, Converza routes data to third-party AI providers.

  • Provider Policies: When your prompt is routed to a model (e.g., Claude 3.5), that data is subject to the provider's API privacy terms. Most enterprise-grade API providers (which Converza utilizes) do not train on API-submitted data.

  • No Third-Party Marketing: We never share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Infrastructure: We utilize Supabase for secure, relational data storage. All Knowledge Base files are encrypted at rest.

  • Encryption: All communication between your device, Converza, and our model providers is encrypted via TLS/SSL.

  • Retention: We retain your account data and Knowledge Bases only as long as your account is active. If you delete a Custom Agent, the associated vector data is purged from our systems.

6. Your Rights & Choices

As a Converza user, you have the right to:

  • Export: Download your prompt history and Knowledge Base files.

  • Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data via the settings dashboard.

  • Opt-Out: Choose which models receive your data by selecting specific providers in our interface.

7. Global Compliance

Converza AI is designed for global scale. We strive to adhere to the principles of GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), ensuring that users have maximum control over their digital footprint in the AI economy.

8. Policy Updates

As we move toward V2.0 (Teams & Enterprise), we will update this policy to include specific protections for shared corporate wallets and Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) protocols.
