1. The Converza Strategy: Our Service Defined
Converza AI is a Unified AI Gateway. We provide a single interface and API abstraction layer for third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI.
Aggregator Role: Converza is an aggregator and facilitator. We do not own or host the foundation models. Service availability is subject to the uptime of our third-party providers.
The "One-Stop-Shop" Advantage: We provide a consolidated wallet and credit system to eliminate subscription fragmentation.
2. The Converza Economy: Tiers & Credits
Our monetization is based on a strict credit-ledger system managed via Supabase and Lemon Squeezy.
Tier 0 (Free Strategy): Limited to 10 requests/day, 16k context, and no Knowledge Base support. We reserve the right to modify these limits to manage platform health.
Tier 1 (Pay-for-Credits): One-off credit packs ("Top-Ups"). These credits represent "Permanent Balance" and do not expire as long as the account remains active.
Tiers 2 & 3 (Pro & Ultra Subscriptions): Monthly subscription credits are "Use-it-or-Lose-it." These credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Billing & Refunds: All transactions are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Due to the immediate compute costs incurred from third-party API providers, credit purchases are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been consumed.
3. Data Privacy & The "Zero-Training" Guarantee
Unlike competing platforms, Converza AI is built on a Privacy-First Aggregation model.
No Training: Converza AI does not use your prompts, inputs, or uploaded Knowledge Base files (PDFs, docs) to train our internal routing algorithms or any third-party models.
Data Routing: Your data is transmitted to third-party model providers solely to generate a response for your specific request.
Knowledge Base Security: Files uploaded to "Custom Agents" are stored in our secure relational database (Supabase) and are accessible only to you.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the text and files you input into the Service.
Your Outputs: You own the output generated by the Service.
Commercial Use: Converza AI explicitly grants Full Commercial Rights to outputs generated by users on Tiers 1, 2, and 3. You may use Converza AI to build, power, and monetize your own applications.
5. Prohibited Use & System Integrity
To protect our Smart Routing (V1.5) and platform margins, users may not:
Use the Service to systematically scrape data to train a competing AI model.
Attempt to reverse-engineer our API wrapper or bypass tier-based rate limits.
Upload content that is illegal, promotes violence, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
6. Limitation of Liability
Converza AI provides an abstraction layer. We are not liable for:
Inaccuracies, "hallucinations," or biases in the outputs generated by third-party models.
Service interruptions caused by third-party API providers (e.g., OpenAI or Anthropic downtime).
Any financial loss resulting from the use of AI-generated code or advice in a production environment.
7. The Roadmap: Future Amendments
As we transition to V2.0 (Teams & Enterprise) and introduce Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), these terms will be updated to reflect our shift toward a "Platform Fee" model. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Converza AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
