About Converza

Verifiable AI for preconstruction work

Converza is an AI workspace for preconstruction teams. It helps review specifications, addenda, and PDF drawings, surface requirements or contradictions, and prepare drafts with source references for human review.

The problem

The information that defines a bid is spread across specifications, addenda, drawings, and contracts. Converza organizes review around those documents and keeps the source available for every finding.

The product

The workspace combines a document library, search, AI assistance, and an editor to turn requirements or contradictions into reviewable questions and drafts.

The market

Converza is designed first for Spanish-language documents and workflows, with a focus on construction and preconstruction teams in Spanish-speaking markets.

A review tool, not a replacement for professional judgment

Converza does not replace estimator judgment or promise autonomous geometric takeoff. The product helps find, connect, and draft information so a professional can make the final decision.
