This notice documents the north-gate restriction instructed by the owner during OAC Meeting No. 18 on May 21, 2026, expected to take effect May 25 between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

The approved Logistics Plan C-102 Rev. 3 uses that gate for delivery and hoisting of facade panels serving work front F-12.
