8.3 · NOTICE OF CHANGE OR IMPACT

The Contractor shall track instructions issued by the Owner or Supervision and maintain contemporaneous records of the event.

When an instruction may modify scope, cost, or time, the Contractor shall provide written notice of the event and its preliminary impact.

The notice must be received within five (5) calendar days after the written instruction or when the Contractor reasonably should have recognized the effect.

The notice shall identify mitigation measures taken and reserve, where applicable, the right to submit later quantification.

1. Notified event

This notice documents the north-gate restriction instructed by the owner during OAC Meeting No. 18 on May 21, 2026, expected to take effect May 25 between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

The approved Logistics Plan C-102 Rev. 3 uses that gate for delivery and hoisting of facade panels serving work front F-12.

2. Preliminary impact

Standby time, an added spotter, access control, and supervision outside planned hours.
Pending evaluation of an alternate route and available float in activities F-120 through F-145.

3. Reservation and actions

The contractor reserves the right to request cost and time adjustment under Clause 8.3 while quantification is completed. Please confirm the effective date, alternate route, and responsibility for temporary resources in writing.

The contractor will maintain daily access, labor, equipment, and lost-time records and will submit detailed impact within the applicable contract period.
